Breakfast was great and the portion was big.

Had a delicious breakfast served with fresh made bread....then grabbed a couple of the best fritters ever......if you don't know about a Mum's fritter....its a "must" on a visit to Manitoulin. A great place in Mindemoya for a meal or to pick up baked goodies...pies are amazing.... Fresh baked bread daily..... Currently closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays

A very nice, cozy restaurant in the town. The staff was really friendly and helpful. If you are in the town, this is a must try. Lots of seating arrangements inside. They also have a very good choice of desserts. They open really early (may be 6 am) and roadside parkings are also there.

Great breakfast and good coffee, with a whole bakery for delicious goods to snack on later in the day. They boast about their apple fritter, which had too much sugar for my liking. I would recommend their nanaimo bar - it wasn't too sweet and the coconut was not overpowering.

Stay away !!! Would not recommend these day and age !!!! Specially in Canada . We came for breakfast and stood waiting at the door without anyone approaching us. It was busy with a line up but the line up was for check out . Finally being told by customers that we can seat ourselves. When the waitress finally came to us , we advised her that the table beside us was here first. She said she knew. By the time the waitress came to us we were told the breakfast menu is over . It was 12:01 and apparently the kitchen changes the grill at 12 pm. We came in prior to 12 pm and waited by the door as you all know . They served the other table breakfast yet were not willing to to help us ? We are of POC and their behavior made our group think otherwise. Preferential treatment? This is a small town and apparently the only restaurant that serves breakfast. I would like the owners to know their server were not very nice and hostile . Their customers service is way below Canadian and definitely not a small town welcoming standard. This will be my last time supporting this business unless there are positive changes. If this business was located in any major city , they would be bankrupt in weeks. I think the support from the enormous amount of first time tourist is getting to their head .. When we went to pay the bill and spoke to the owner about the attitude of the server , she asked us do you want to work her ????! It’s hard to find servers … wow !!!! Simply wow !!! We stayed and ate out of respect for out friends . If they weren’t there , we would walked out …

This place has an awesome selection of baked good and great meals. Make sure to call ahead especially if you want a box of their famous Apple fritters…they go fast! They have done well to manage the operations during COVID and I highly recommend you visit.

My sister and I walked down for breakfast as recommended by our cousin. It was not on the menu but we ordered two BLT’s. They came and were delicious. Coffee was very good. Staff was polite and friendly. We went back the next morning with family and cousins. Same great service. Job well done.
