Went for the weekend with my husband and 3 months old daughter for my birthday celebration! It wasn't super crowded which is relaxing! The staff is super nice, helpful and all smiles..We took the big suite it was so clean and they even got us a crib for our baby girl! we fell in love with room's " ANTIQUE " concept? Food is so nice and the waiters service was perfect..The swimming pool and the hot tubs so clean with a great view?We had an amazing relaxing and therapeutic massage..best part of being there! We even got a gift certificate before leaving..Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back again??

We enjoyed our stay! Patrick found us the perfect room! Pet friendly too! We had a nice facial and massage. Loved lounging, swimming and hot tubs. Dinner was awesome too!

A disappointment and a shame! Stay away! Enjoy the nice B&Bs around the area instead. Leftover hairs from previous visitors in the bathtub; cracked faux-leather loveseat flaking everywhere; bleached-smell sheets; squeaky and cracking bed; over-cooked food or drowned in sauce; badly soundproofed; staff walking around without masks; and, above all, non-empathetic customer service, especially a certain "Patrick" who was room service and front desk. He was condescending. The best part about the massage is while you are in the waiting area filling out your info, you are right next to the backdoor where people come in from the parking. It's dirty! This place thinks of itself as high-end but it's not. Trust the pictures from other visitors and not the staged photos by the establishment. We really wanted to love this place. There was no table (or coffee table) to eat properly in our room, and room service doesn't even leave you some trays. Keep in mind, if you wish to have your room service at a certain hour, let's say 7pm. Even if you request hours prior, their policy is they will start cooking and prepping your order at the hour and not plan it for you to have at the set hour. That's what they explained to us because we received ours at 7:55. If would have been good to know in advance because we planned our evening around this. If Patrick didn't have the attitude, we would have left some tip. Back in my days in tourisme & hotellerie, I would have fired this type of person from my staff. We decided to leave at 2 am in the morning because we couldn't stand the banging of the doors from another floor between Midnight to 1:20 am. They had no consideration for our concerns. They didn't even asked why. I'm not surprised that this place doesn't follow-up on bad reviews. EDIT: We are now in legal proceedings with this establisment.

The hotel is quite outdated with lots of repairs needed. Very clean. The room was cheap so didn’t have super high expectations but it was very cold, a few things broken and mild water pressure. Excellent service. And indoor and pools and spa were excellent

Current google rating is 3.8 and I feel that is about right. I would give 3.5. Here is my review. This place has obvious character if that’s what you appreciate. Slightly dated room (not modern) but clean and good state of repair. Great view only if you get the right room. Very nice scenic running/walking path nearby. I would say this place suits a certain age demo. There was two plugs to charge devices and one beside the bed was occupied by a old clock radio and lamp. The other plug was across the room. I think we all have phones to charge these days? Millennials wouldn’t like that, so bring a power bar and all your usb power blocks. I feel there are two key things a hotel needs excel at 1.) is a good bed/pillows and 2.) good shower, both were acceptable and clean. I didn’t try the “spa” faculties such as the small plunge pool or whirlpool and hot tub. 3.5 stars for a okay niche hotel.

The absolute best bed ever. I slept great. I did not want to get out of bed. I travel extensively. Staff was great, polite and helpful. If you need a break, this is the place. Plenty of amenities as well.

We came to Granby as a stopover during our driving vacation. We booked this hotel because we wanted a change from the cookie-cutter hotel chains. We loved the front desk staff. Friendly, helpful and really made checking in/out easy. We received an upgrade to the fourth floor and the view was good. The room was quaint, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well stocked and everything worked. We used the pool and hot tubs, which were clean and lovely. We did not eat here because the restaurant was closed, or else we would have. The value was good and we would stay again.
