β β β β β Had the pleasure of working with Elton Shield from Multiple Realty when I was looking to buy. He was able to give me options that I didn't know I had, and put in a lot of work to find me the perfect place. He also kept me up to date on everything that was happening and made sure I understood every term and condition on documents that I was signing. Most importantly, he made the buying process extremely efficient and productive. I highly recommend him!

β β β β β I wish I could give them 0 star. Grace Cheng is the worst along with his worker Alex Chang. Very unprofessional. VERY SHADY COMPANY AND BE AWARE GUYS!!!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU AFTER TAKING ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION!!!!!!!!

β β β β β Easily one of the worst experiences so far as a property owner. We enlisted them for property management services. We were not informed that rent cheques would be deposited at the end of the month and the agent would not give us a firm date or clear information on when payment will be remitted to us. As we pressed for more information, we were just given the "our accounting team isn't responding, so there's nothing we can do" attitude. We asked the manager to call us and the agent just told us to call them. I am going to assume Multiple manages other properties so I don't feel payment information is difficult to obtain. The experience has been very frustrating and we definitely do not feel valued as customers.

β β β β β The manager Nesh seems to be not a very good manager and doesn't seem to know anything, always telling people to ask others or the council. The office girl seems a bit grouchy sometimes.

β β β β β My husband and I have a terrible experience with our property management agent, Keith Ho, of Richmond branch of Multiple Realty. He is not reliable, irresponsible, provides misleading information and does not perform his duty to the clientβs best interest and put our tenants at risk.
We had hired him for 5 years. Once we decided to terminate his contract last December, he became very uncooperative. When we asked him questions, he was either not answering them or not answering them directly. He would give different excuses trying not performing the job he did not like. He also gave us misleading information to influence our decision. In the last 10 days before we ended his contract, he even ignored our WhatsApp and phone calls about a house inspection arrangement. Although promised to attend the inspection before, he ended up not showing up. The last but not the least, he dropped the tenantβs keys with the address attached in my outdoor mailbox without notifying us. If anyone picks up the keys can enter my tenantβs house and put them at risk. We had filed a complaint letter to the Head of Richmond branch and asked him to investigate the matter. As a result, we have received no response. Therefore, think more than twice before you have any business with Keith and the Multiple Realty!

β β β β β Realtors like Serena Hao are the type that give the realtor profession a bad name. Yes, it is a sellers market and you basically have to do nothing to sell a property but don't be an arrogant, rude cow at open houses for your own listing.
We went to an open house and had to hear comments like "haven't you seen the photos online?" when looking out the window at an obstructed view and "didn't your realtor tell you we accept offers at x" when we asked when offer acceptance begins.
When a bedroom closet door wouldn't open, I got a sarcastic "can you stop opening it? Someone from yesterday's showings broke it" well maybe you should have told us when we walked in the bedroom instead of giving attitude after the fact?
I've never been to such a dismissive and unprofessional open house and I would never engage a realtor like her. Stay away.

β β β β β Have great experience with Keith Ho from the Richmond Branch. The services were excellent. I had an urgent need for renting a two bedroom condo for some personal reason. In the process from viewing the condo, approving by the landlord to preparing for all sorts of documents, Keith was very efficient and able to explain clearly for everything before moving on to the next. He is professional, honest, hardworking and helpful. I will recommend him to anyone who wants quality services.
