Heidi was very receptive to phone calls and texts from us and replied promptly around the clock. She helped us throughout including arranging and onsite monitoring for all the preparation including cleaning. With her marketing strategies and negotiation skills, our condo was sold at a satisfactory price in a short time.

As this was my first home buying experience, I did not know what to expect and was intimidated with the idea of buying our first home. Heidi did an amazing job supporting us in the purchase as she was very professional, patient, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She also showed us many properties out there on the market and definitely made the buying process very easy to understand. In the end, we purchased a townhouse that fit all of our criteria. She was very patient and thorough in her work and she made sure that I was always informed in all of my decisions.
