Had used the service for my personal project and was pleased with the product with a good price. However, when I decided to use them on a landscaping project for a customer I was very disappointed with the service, the lack of common sense, professionalism and concern for the customer and resolving their issue. I had dug up my customers front lawn to replace the whole area with a garden. Scheduled garden soil to be delivered same day as it needed to go in first, then plants and rocks and finally mulch. When I placed the order over the phone, I specifically asked for the mulch to be dropped on the road in front of the yard because the soil needed to go in first. I explained all these details to the lady on the phone because I would not be on site until later in the day, and she told me no problem. She said she would put all the details on the order for driver to see. When the driver arrived he dumped 5 yards of mulch so that 3/4 of it was on the property instead of on the road. I received a phone call from the customer notifying me of the problem. I tried calling the driver several times to talk to him before he left and he wouldn't answer his phone. Called the company and they said they would talk to him and try to fix the situation. Turned out the driver, instead of following the instructions on his paperwork asked someone on the property who had nothing to do with the job, where to dump the mulch. My name was on the paperwork with my cell #, he should have contacted me or asked for me on site. The office couldn't get a hold of him so nothing was done about it and after he arrived back to the office they refused to do anything about it. I had to pay 2 of my workers extra hours that day to shovel it all back on the street so we could add the garden soil to the yard. I lost money there which equalled the amount paid for the mulch and fell behind schedule as I couldn't get them to their next job that day as they were trying to fix this mess all day. I called the Mulch2You next day and asked for a refund, explained what I lost because of the driver not doing his job properly, and they refused to do anything about it. Needless to say I did my customers job for free that day. I would never recommend this company and to my fellow contractors...use a reputable company even if it costs more....look what it cost me!

I picked up 4 yards of mulch today, and received fast and friendly service!
