I have met the owner personally.. very kind and helpful human soul I have ever met.. always open to suggestions to make their customers experience cheerful!!! I visit the location on regular basis!! Food is FRESH.. Best Burritos in Town!!! Staff is always helpful and try their best to make customer’s day with their kindness and generosity!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the lady was more focused in asking our vaccination proof. . My husband showed it first and I was pulling out mine from phone but she had no patience. Rather than paying attention to making our bill and serving us good, she was more interested in showing her ego like we are asking for food without money. Secondly, patheticccc customer service. CHARGED US EXTRA FOR NO REASON. And when we realized, we asked for the receipt. So there she is - she charged us More.. and we took return that extra money from her.
Rather than paying attention to your ego, and showing your tantrums keep your focus on serving customers better.
Lastly, the sour cream which she gave us was not even 25% of that container. Even she didn't gave us spoon, we had to go and ask for it.
She ruined our evening and the mood to even eat.
We are also working in retail services, I am sure we are not taught to behave like this.
Do your Job nicely or just sit home!!!!
This is second time that happened. First time we didn't bother much but this time, didn't feel like letting it go.
We love mucho burrito but would never visit this location again!!
