Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I want to start off by saying I've been a customer at this location for a long time. I normally go in Sundays after work to grab some much needed comfort food and have never had any issues and have never had a negative experience until today. I'm not sure if it was the owner or the manager but it is someone I've never seen before and because of an error made by an employee being trained, this man essentially accused me of theft and tried to force me to pay twice, despite my ability and willingness to open my banking app and show him not once but twice that I paid, clearly showing the date, amount, location and account number for the restaurant. This man decided that because his system had an error, and because I was overcharged originally even before leaving a tip as I know it's hard working under these conditions and it is stressful for new employees, that because his system couldn't reconcile the error I needed to-for some reason-pay again, despite 2 separate times proving I had paid for my meal. To essentially claim I am trying to steal despite me more than willingly showing proof of payment twice and doing my very best to be patient despite being treated incredibly disrespectfully, is unacceptable. I ran a retail business for many years before becoming a teacher and I would never have let any of the employees who work under me treat a customer this way. I honestly don't think that I'll be giving any more business to this location after this incident despite YEARS of being a very satisfied customer.

Hey Shah, Usually happy with the food and service. However, my last visit was not good. Someone who referred to himself as a “sort of manager, I’ve been here for 3-years” handled my request for “veggies on a taco” by explaining to me that you are not allowed to customize your orders, it costs the restaurant too much extra money, and there are recipes to follow. Then, when I questioned why every time I come in (twice a week) I order the same thing and NEVER once had anyone say boo, he placed one slice of pepper on each taco and refused to add more when I asked. Edit: I did email you as requested weeks ago and no response. FYI. Decided on Thai Express today next door. It was excellent.

It feels so satisfying to bite into a Mucho Burrito burrito and just fill your gut with the pulled beef, dark beans, corn, hot salsa, fresh veggies and cheese goodness. Don't forget to sprinkle some of the table's hot sauces on it to give your burrito a nice kick to your meal. Not the best burrito in town, but it still tastes great

A nice place for a quick meal. They surprisingly have a good variety despite the name. So it's not only burritos, they have other options. It's generally a healthier option than other fast food places. The location is good and there's tons of parking. The staff is nice and efficient.

yea not a good experience. first off, both my girlfriend and i walked in and were waiting in line - the worker only addressed me, never asked what she wanted. second, i understand they were busy, but my girlfriend was taking her time looking at the toppings, as she wasn’t sure what she wanted for toppings. at this point the worker pointed at the toppings list and said “they’re all listed right here” - a super rude thing to say to a customer, especially when there was no one in the line behind us. once we finished and we’re waiting for the card to go through, he picked up the burrito and seemed to be waving it in our faces to get it and leave. overall just a super rude interaction, and overall he seemed to not really want us there. won’t be coming back here.

Food was fresh and tasty, staff was very friendly and good. I ordered one mucho burito And i was all full. Bruh it was and is best .
