★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off, I'd like to say I have no qualms with their shinglers. The laborers who have worked on our house have been respectful and pleasant. Their work looks okay too despite the cold and snow, so props to them.
I give their management 2 stars.
They've parked their garbage truck outside our home and been "working" for 7 business days now. But I've only seen shinglers actually work on our house for about 5-6 hours during that 7+ day period. During this time, one section of a lower roof was done but not cleaned. Now there's new snow over the shingles, as well as all the loose nails, rubber bands and cut shingle pieces. Unprofessional. Can you guarantee I won't find any nails or pieces of asphalt on my roof next spring? Doubt you can.
If you have so much business that you can't finish a job in a timely manner or if you just don't have enough guys, you probably shouldn't bid on it.
I live in a small condo complex and parking is really tight. Leaving your truck in front of our house for 10 days while you lackadaisically fiddle around with the roof is a big inconvenience to the home owners here.
The shinglers themselves are okay. I wouldn't recommend using the company though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst roofing company! Disappear for a weak then come back. Work a few hours then leave! Has taken ALL summer for them to do the roof repaired on our condo complex. They are currently working on the last two buildings with one they have not even started with winter coming! I’ve heard they have been rude to owners and have threatened to walk of the job and sabotage the roof!
Who does or says things like that? Just beware hiring these people and I may lodge a complaint with the BBB.
