It would never completely shut off so eventually it would drain our house batteries. The issue remained unresolved for 3 years with various mechanics looking at it and hundreds of dollars spent in time and replacement parts. Mike diagnosed and resolved the issue in half an hour! Both of the lines were custom you couldn't find them on the market, Mike had them made from scratch and installed them in 4 days. Mike was very nice and understanding and would do anything he could to help me out.

I also know very little about what I should be looking for when looking into boats other than the basics. Thankfully enough I have received some information as to what could happen if certain things have not been changed over time. After checking with the previous owner in fact these parts have never been changed and I cant thank MSC Marine enough for asking these important questions. Not only for our safety as customers but also to help keep our waters clear of dead boats and or boats in tow.. I will continue to use MSC marine from now on. Also Very reasonable rates.
