They will not rest until you are pleased with the work. they always really quick reply my messages . We're extremely pleased with his work and the cost as well. renovation a condo have lot extra work .but jack and Bonnie did an excellent job . I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Their workmanship is fantastic, they conducted themselves professionally throughout the process, and their price is very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any work you need done. C	Corliss Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was terrible nightmare. Nobody in Bonnie and Jack's team are professional, and some of them are illegal hired worker. Refused to show the Police Reference Check, when they were working alone in the house. Bonnie was very rude and dishonest. She always delayed the project and never thought about their promises, use the cheapest material for everything. You will never get the materials which you selected at the beginning when you went to her office to sign the contract. She will say, "hey, you didn't write the code of the stuff on the paper, now I don't want to give it to you, you have no choice!" even you took the pictures, she will say those are just random phone, cannot prove anything. She left renovation project half way, didn't finish anything. Bonnie came to collect all the money, she said final day is not completed day, you have to pay off all the remaining before we finished the renovation. We didn't agree, then she called all her worker left. She also cheated us about the kitchen cabinets, refused to send the plan and design to us before installing. She said the kitchen cabinets made by her own factory at the beginning, then she sent two different company to make the cabinets and was trying to remove the half-way installed cabinets away without giving any true reason. They left trash everywhere beside the house.
