★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willis fixed two watches for me today, fixing a broken bracelet pin for one watch and regulated, oiled up another watch for $56 total, which I think is fair pricing. He fixed both watches immediately and took no longer than 20 minutes to fix both watches, even testing one watch on the time grapher. I appreciate his quick, honest, and direct approach. When I asked to service one of the watches, he advised me to save my money while explaining why it wasn’t necessary. I really like that he was upfront and practical and not trying to just cash grab. Will be a returning customer in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My watch broke and it was less than a year since I bought it from the manufacturer. It was still under the warranty but it broke after I attempted to change the battery. In order for me to get it fixed, I would need to pay $25 USD and ship it over to the States where they will assess the repair and determine if it's covered under warranty. This did not give me peace of mind. While Googling a watch repair shop, I came across Mr. W Workshop. Willis' honesty and willingness to help without even talking about price first gave me the peace of mind that their business focuses on people first. He took the time to explain possible scenarios and was even willing to help before accepting any form of payment or commitment on my end. His expertise and experience show in his work and services. I am so glad that I was able to get my watch fixed swiftly. Cost wise was very reasonable too. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend you inquire about his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fixed my watches here today and the technician took his name to explained to me about my Seiko movement. He had ordered the bezel for me and advised me that if it won't fit; he will not charge me. It is a challenge to find a local store that cares about their customers and I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves watches. While I was there I saw an gentleman dropped off a Richard Mille and Hublot for service. Thank you to the technician who serviced my watch and will see you soon when the bezel arrive.
