M	Mark Sear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my new Dodge Charger Hellcat washed on Friday (Jan 26th) at the Loblaws Parking Lot location. I returned to complain and the operator handed over the owner's business card. The vehicle was returned with swirl marks and surface scratches consistent with using a poor quality cloth to towel dry. Keep in mind this car has not been washed since delivery brand new 6 weeks ago. Worse still there was a dent on the top of the nearside front wing which is caused by someone leaning over the car to towel dry the hood, but still wearing a jacket with a protruding zip or belt buckle. Very disappointed, there will be a cost to removing the dent if it can indeed be removed. The car will need detailing properly to get the scratches out. Very dissatisfied. I contacted the owner Ephrem Z.Haile - no response.

I brought my car in to be cleaned inside and out (after neglecting for a little too long) and my car looked like the day I purchased it after they were done. The team was extremely friendly, especially the manager. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great quality car wash. I cannot wait to return!

My car could not have been easy to clean since I play beach volleyball regularly and have accumulated an embarrassing amount of sand in all the nooks and crannies. Upon receiving the car back, it was difficult to find even a grain of sand left in the interior. Extremely happy with the results.

Attentive to detail which is obviously really important. The spot is in the Loblaws parking lot so the car gets washed while you're shopping. Super convenient.

Ephrem explained all the deals and packages that are offered and advised me of the best one for what I needed to make this car perfect. Huge parking lot so no need to rush back to pick the car up. Upon inspecting the car , there were no trace marks left and everything was 100% cleaned with no issues. Car is cleaner from when I first purchased it. Will definitely be coming back. I went to other detailers in the past however none of them showed the professionalism and service offered here. Got the Gold Plus package.
