★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister in law suggested this place while we’re at Montreal. The lokmas were delicious and we loved so much. Next day, we stopped by there again and brought some with us to the US. Ice Creams are also lovely and delicious, I’d go for the Oreo ones If I were you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UberEat/Skip get priority over people waiting outside almost 20 mins. Yesterday, it took me 25 mins. Loved them at first. It's better eaten fresh, warm. Often long wait outside in freezing weather, service very slow, not worth 7$ for 12 pieces of sweet fried dough balls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second visit to try more flavors yet unlike my first one wasn't satisfying. The puffs were very cold and the syrup tasted nothing like honey. The staff seemed so stressed although there were me and 2 others in the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Mr. puffs but when I went to Saint Leonard the guy working at night was not polite and the puffs had less quantity of chocolate, regardless of I paid the complete amount. IF YOU WILL NOT GIVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THAN IT WILL BE WORST. I HAVE ASLO NOTICED THAT IF PEOPLE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEN OWNER OF THE PUFFS IS REPLYING MEAN THINGS UNDER THEIR REVIEW. PLEASE BEHAVE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many Mr. Puffs and this store actually offers better ingredients and pays attention to detail more. I asked for my hot chocolate toppings on the side and the staff carefully took the time to hand pick the toppings that weren't crumbled up. Here they actually offer full marshmallows unlike other stores. The puffs are fresh and good. Tip: ask for sauce on the side to preserve the crunchiness longer if you want to eat it at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location overall. Only call out is that when they get busy between walk-ins and delivery (Uber), they seem disoriented and disorganized when it comes to serving customer in sequence. The team seemed like they were scrambling to get orders out so maybe the staff was just new.
