Also managed to replace parts of our lock whilst allowing us to keep our old keys which was a huge help. Charged a very good rate compared to all others, and generally a lovely guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call and get a quote from them and was told he was busy working and could I text him the whole vin number when he just needs the last 8 digits. He told me he couldn't be bothered to write it down. There are 5 different keys for my vehicle and he didn't want to talk about it. You shouldn't have to do all the work for them in order to get any service from them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Master Locksmith was fast and easy! I called and 15 minutes later, the technician arrived at my door. They explained everything they were doing to the lock and made sure it was to my liking. They were done within 10 minutes and I was able to get into my apartment and had a new lock.

The dispatcher was very kind, and the locksmith himself was quick and friendly, and even texted when he was 10 minutes out. It was a simple job, but I have to tell you, making the process so friendly and efficient made all the difference! This is a world class business!
