There was no response to my inquiry, after a couple tries. The owner of this shop, has still not made an attempt to contact me. Sad for business.

Service was fine while I was there, it was when I left and how my vehicle was after the fact that I was tremendously disappointed. Less than 3000 km after my engine flush and fluid change somehow there was still 25L of oil that needed to be drained out of my truck and now I am possibly looming at further and more expensive repairs needed that were not needed prior to.... Will most definitely not be recommending this company to anyone I know

Mr.Lube Damaged my car badly that my car is not even drivable now and I only went there for oil change . They scared me to that point where I agreed to get two new tires in my AWD which in result broke my Differential Assembly because of there wrong advice. ON TOP THEY MADE ME MORE MAD BY NOT LISTENING TO ME. Which made me say MR.LUBE is Very cheap , 3rd class poor service.

Save yourself the frustration of dealing with Mr. Lube if there's a problem with servicing your vehicle and STAY AWAY from the brand as a whole! I brought my van in to their 101 Edgeley Boulevard, Vaughan, Ontario location inside the Wal-Mart to swap my summer tires for winter tires. After about 45 minutes of my vehicle sitting in the bay, I'm suddenly told that the technicians broke 3 out of 4 of my locknuts, as well as the locknut key! That's right, they didn't just break 1, they continued breaking them until 3 were broken. They took no responsibility for this at the time, but just blamed me for it. I had my car dealer put my summer tires on, which I know was done properly. I wasn't offered any sort of discount or even an apology. The owner wasn't there at the time so I had to call him the next day to complain. He offered to reimburse me for a new locknut set if I brought him a receipt. So I got the locknuts replaced by the dealer and brought the owner the receipt. He only partially reimbursed me the cost of the receipt. He refused to pay for installation, which he never specified when he asked me to bring him the receipt. He also proceeds to give me a condescending lecture about how this wasn't his fault and he's doing me favour by reimbursing me anything. I've never felt so undervalued and disrespected as a customer anywhere I've serviced my vehicle before. The owner claims he told me that he would have put the locknuts back on for me, but why would I want his technicians touching my vehicle again after what they did?? Why should I have to be further inconvenienced anymore than I already have? Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever! Overpriced tire changes! Changing your tires here costs almost twice as much as going to the dealer! Not worth it! Save your money and get it done right. Make an appointment with your dealer. I've truly lost all confidence in Mr.Lube as a brand. Oh, and I tried calling head office and got absolutely nowhere with them. They don't seem to care about brand reputation or customer satisfaction. I was told there was nothing they could do about this and that everything at issue was at the sole discretion of the owner/operator in terms of resolving the matter.

They replied to my first review to confuse the other customers but even after getting my emails and details they didn’t do anything . Please I request everyone not to ever go to mr lube especially the one on Fraser in Langley they will damage your car and then will blame that it was pre existing . Their mechanics have zero knowledge about tires and cars. They do not care

If I could give them a Minus Rating I would !!! Please avoid them at all costs or you will suffer the same fate as I am. My Lexus needs a new Rear Differential as a direct result of my Fill Plug not being securely fastened after servicing . The oil leaked over time and the Differential ceased. The Vancouver SE Marine Drive franchise is not accepting any responsibility or liability over this incident and deflecting blame to another Mr. Lube Franchise in Richmond who were the last ones to inspect and work on my car. I am not getting any response whatsoever from their Corporate Customer Service. I therefore am now seeking legal help to get Mr. Lube to pay for the damages . It has been a stressful and exhausting fight to right a wrong and my advise to you is to AVOID Mr. Lube anywhere and anytime.

I have been a loyal customer of the North Van Mr. Lube for years, and for the most part have been satisfied with their work. However, on Feb 28, My wife took her car for an oil change. I understand their upsell techniques, however this situation was beyond reprehensible. My wife was told that her transmission needed a flush, when she declined she was told that her husband must want her to have an accident so he could collect the insurance money. Needless to say I was very upset and my wife stated that she "hates" going to Mr. Lube, Not sure what the tech was trying to accomplish, but what he succeeded was to lose a customer. There are lots of places to get an oil change without being browbeaten by an individual such as this. I went to the manger a few days later and he was apologetic however cavalier about the situation. I'll not be back.

They need to inform customers more before the touch your vehicle . They need to have staff that don't disappear and not knowing what they are doing . If they have to put oil on a belt cause they don't have the tool to correctly put on a belt that's tight, maybe they should ask customer first instead of just doing it . That happened to me and didn't know they did that until I took my car to a different place and they helped to get the oil off the belt so it stops slipping . Mr Lube didn't even look at why it was slipping cause they knew and didn't tell me . That's poor service and I won't go back as thier integrity is not there .
