I continually reached out to Debbie and she continued not to return my messages until 1 week before the deadline telling me they couldn’t do the work I needed and wouldn’t take my calls. Debbie did not respond for a month after continuous attempts. Now because of her incompetence and rookie move I will likely incur late fees in filing. These people are just paper pushers. Might as well go to H&R Block Trust me don’t use Debbie or anyone in this organization. Find someone else
