Our group benefits specialist, Lori Power, has been a great support to us, when explaining the package choices and options available to us when choosing our group benefits. She has been very accommodating to our specific needs as a company, and is always available to not only myself as the plan administrator, but to all of our employees whenever there is a question, or we require assistance with our benefits.
