All of the yoga instructors are fantastic and they each offer a different style of teaching which is nice! Move·ment is a place of practice, challenges, laughter, friendships and community and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ro is enthusiastic and friendly. She hosts a variety of classes in her space so their is a lot to choose from. The pound classes are awesome, I am rhythmically challenged and was still able to have a great time breaking a sweat. Workshops, partners yoga, hot yoga and fitness classes all keep me coming back for more.
