★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kathy always fixes me when I break myself from doing things I am a) too old to do b) doing without proper preparation for or c) overdo. I can’t recommend this place enough. I always feel better when I leave than when I go in. That sounds bad but is exactly what you want.
