★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst massage I have ever had! I am pregnant so it was my first prenatal massage and wasn’t sure what to expect and it was horrible!
The receptionists didn’t tell the therapist that they had booked me so i waited for 15 minutes before they realized this. Then they said if the patient after me is able to come later i can keep my massage if not they would have to reschedule me...for THEIR mistake!
And to top it off the massage therapist was just terrible. She was so aggressive in her massage technique even after telling her to calm down and she didn’t. I am in more pain today than I was yesterday when I booked the massage. I had to take today off work because i can barely move my neck. Absolutely horrible. Never going back and never recommending !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Boucher is the best naturopathic Doctor I've ever met. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field and really has a passion for hormone balancing, thyroid conditions, acupuncture etc. I would highly recommend her as well as the rest of the doctors at Cornerstone Health Centre to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Megan Boucher is phenomenal! I cannot rave about her enough!!! I have been seeing her for care through my pregnancy. She has been so informative and helpful, I could not imagine going through a pregnancy without her. She always listens to all of my concerns and addresses all of them. She has also eased my mind by helping me prevent serious issues that can arise in pregnancy. I would not have known to ask about these issues without her. Thank you Dr. Boucher for everything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client at cornerstone health for the last 5 years. I have had massage treatments from Kristine Freeman and have recommended her to many others as well. She has helped me on so many occasions I've lost count. She has squeezed me in an early morning as I pulled a muscle in my neck and left feeling instant releif so that I could go to work. She has fit me in when I've had a muscle spasms. She really gets to know you and how to take care of your body. Even recommended and has showed me stretching techniques to help avoid certain issues.
She provides treatments for a host of conditions, including headaches, arthritis, back pain, muscle spasms, and sports injuries. She does a good deep tissue treatment and I always leave feeling relief from any pain I may have had before and increased mobility. Thank you Kristine for all that you have do to keep me healthy and active!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously experienced severe migraine headaches on nearly a weekly basis. Registered massage therapy was recommended by my family physician as a treatment method to relieve muscle tension/knots which would *hopefully* reduce the frequency of/eliminate the migraines that prevented me from fully living my life. I started getting massages from Kristine a few times per month and her deep and therapeutic tissue work alleviated the tension in my shoulders and neck which helped to (over time) resolve my migraine issue. Years later and I still return for massages to tune-up and prevent future headaches! Kristine’s deep tissue technique has resulted in slight soreness the day after a massage, but that is to be expected from a deep tissue massage as the muscles are being stretched in ways that they may not be used to (like pain felt after working out). Overall, Kristine is an excellent RMT and I have always had pleasant interactions with her and everyone at Cornerstone. I definitely recommend Cornerstone Health Centre.

Kristine Freeman at Cornerstone Health Centre in Georgetown is an A+ RMT. Whether I need therapeutic intervention or relaxation, Kristine, is my 'go-to' massage therapist. After an hour with her my body is rejuvenated & repaired. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a patient of Kristine Freeman’s before she moved to Cornertstone Health, and followed her when she moved. I highly recommend Kristine to anyone looking for a RMT. Kristine truly cares about her patients and takes time to figure out what’s going on and what needs to be done to ensure the best treatment.
I am also a patient of Dr. Nicole Meier, and have recommended her to many people looking for a Naturopath.
The staff who manage Cornerstone are the most helpful and pleasant people to deal with whether calling in with questions, to book appointments or just dropping in to pick up supplements.
If you’re looking for a health care centre that offers a variety of services, I would highly recommend Cornerstone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love Cornerstone Health. I have seen the Massage Therapist, Naturopath, and Osteopath there. Each visit has been an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them. Dr. Nicole Meier (Naturopath) has had an incredible impact on my entire family and our health (kids 5 and 3 + husband). Kristine (RMT) is phenomenal. Her massages help a great deal after sports/gym as well as a long stressful workday. I always leave there feeling better then I arrived. Craig (Osteopath) helped with an ankle injury as well as my gut. I have seen many different people over the years and will no longer looks elsewhere. This is a great team!!
