★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Verona on transferring some burial plots and prepaying one funeral. Verona was very knowledgeable and efficient in arranging this for us. As we were not planning for an immediate funeral, the mood was light and Verona was engaging and funny. It was a pleasure to do business with Verona at Mountain View funeral home.

Especially, I would like to send out my deepest gratitude to Cheri. Throughout the process, she has been greatly accommodating, compassionate and responsive. Although it was emotionally difficult, it was a great pleasure to work with Cheri and staff to put together a proper farewell for my father.

He was very empathetic and understanding to our situation. He took the time to resolve the situation immediately. Jorge, thank you for taking the time to contact me and resolve the issue. I really do appreciate everything you have done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Jorge Desousa last week to review the location of our niche, thinking that it was too low. But after reviewing it, we found that it was acceptable and decided to keep it. Jorge helped us with the decision making and was very honest about the thousand of dollars more if we decided to upgrade. Jorge, as a salesman and a manager, wouldn't have been so honest and forfeit his commission. Since honesty is very hard to come by these days, we really respect his integrity and honesty.
