★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is clearly out of touch with the reality and is willing to break Pandemic Health Recommendations. Booked vacation before none essential travel recommendation, and after the order was issued called to cancel my stay. Answer was no, and I will need to pay. The explanation is that they have a cancellation policy requiring me to pay. When asked if they will check me in even as I tell them that I am coming from outside of the health region and they will be breaking order, they responded as "yes". I understand that we all have role to play and most people and businesses do try their best. MVA knows that responsible people will not travel and for sake of money they are willing to ignore common sense and do what's correct but will just say we have policy.
