★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t speak as to the facilities nor can I speak to the doctors or care aids but the person answering the phones when you select operator apparently needs to retire or find a new job...
Called back because I had a missed call and simply asked if there was anyway to figure out who and all I got was “How am I supposed to know, there are hundreds of phones in this place; if it was important don’t you think they’d have left a message”
I get it was a long shot but wow, the people person skills of the operator were non existent.
