★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yup I've been there a number of times and it just get's worst..I really, really feel bad for our poor friends who have to go there...it's just shameful that this is how their last years are played out....
We should all be ashamed to let this happen...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been there to visit on several occasions, the more I went the worse it got. Waited and waited for a nurse after we rang the buzzer several times, feels like an asylum!

Manager is also involved in the effectiveness of services. Good environment nice park like setting, clean building and well maintained. Nice to see the level of care provided u see such busy circumstances; good work!
