They were very friendly, welcoming, and engaging in conversations. I appreciated their professionalism as well as their charisma and enthusiasm while they were attending to me. I highly recommend visiting Dental Choice Mount Royal location for all dental needs. I can't thank Dr. Rajnani enough for being meticulous with her my treatment, I couldn't be more happier

J	Judy Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morality of the dental clinic is below the surface. They suggested me to get a night guard and I expressed tight fitting numerous times. Later, my teeth cracked repeatedly. The dental hygienist noticed repeated cracks and consulted with the dentist who advised me to stop wearing the night guard for 3 months to see if the night guard caused the cracks. There was no more cracks. On top of the cracks at the base of some teeth, the night guard caused top enamel cracked off, which another dentist smoothed out. But now they are saying that I had the cracks before the night guard and one tooth piece broken off with the filling done prior was just the filling itself. The x-ray would show otherwise but they deny everything. They told me to sign a paper waving them from any responsibility in an exchange of one filling cost. Also, only now they are offering to adjust the night guard after the damage is done. Low morality without any justice. They will appear to be good until malpractice occurs.

The staff were very polite and understanding and kept everything professional while also maintaining cleanliness of the space. I felt welcomed and safe throughout the whole process. Dr. Damole Baiyere's work on my teeth fillings was seamless and didn't hurt at all. Her hands were very light and she was very consentive and informative throughout the whole procedure. Definitely would recommend.

He said that Dr. Baiyere was great and very patient when he mentioned that he was quite nervous about the whole thing. I called a week later for questions about the invoice as his MRU insurance did not cover the whole amount and I was having trouble submitting the balance to my own insurance company. The receptionist was amazing and ended up doing the submission to Canada Life for me. She spent quite a bit of time explaining everything and doing the submission which was much appreciated as this is a new plan for me and I had no idea how to submit it. I would recommend Mount Royal Dental Choice for their excellent patient care AND their support with insurance claims!

Winona one of the receptionists at the front was super helpful and the assistant Gen that took my molds for my retainer was so nice. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Dr. B is so incredibly kind, thorough, and transparent. I really appreciate the clear explanations of what's going on during the appointment (like procedure and assessment). She's an amazing dentist that clearly cares about her patients. My visits were very comfortable, quick, and painless! Their billing/booking process is also super fast and convenient! I will definitely be returning. Would recommend.
