A	Abu Waissi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This graveyard is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life. I walk through it almost every day. The graves and trees are spread out extremely charmingly. It is very alluring, what with the pleasant benches and beautiful view of the sky. It is exceedingly surprising that Oxford Street is just outside of it, the serenity and peacefulness inside of Mount Pleasant Cemetery is unparalleled to any other I have ever been in It is a great place to simply walk through and think about life, or read a book in, or honour the dead as the graveyard is intended for. I envy the people buried here, for they have a magnificent resting place to eternally rest in. Overall, 5/5. There are no negatives about Mount Pleasant Cemetery. It is marvelous in any way, whether the morning fog in May is set upon it, making it seem illusory in the cloudy and moist backdrop, or in the summer when the trees are in full bloom and it has enticing shade everywhere. But possibly my favourite time to explore the Mount Pleasant Cemetery is in the autumn. The autumn foliage here is simply divine. The gorgeous yellow leaves spread out everywhere on the roads, appearing so unsubstantial it is difficult to imagine that the scenery is real and you are experiencing it. I love this cemetery, and hope nothing changes in it.
r	ron postian I.C.I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived almost next door to MOUNT PLEASANT CEMETERY, 20 years. My main interest cutting through the cemetery and the short cut Oxford Park public school. Many different times as teenager, would love to walk around the cemetery looking at different head stones. I was intrigued by the cemetery’s historic and the quiet atmosphere. My Nancy Minett who died from cancer, is buried, next to my Sister’s Plot as well as my parents, Paul and Narceses Postian. So we might say, I have enjoyed my 85 years old experience and have planted a tree near my plot, waiting for me to arrive. Also the management is very supportive and understanding my future needs.
R	Rachel Ten Bruggencate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful service. No empathy from anyone. Talking with the staff is cold and sterile. My first interaction was very cold, sterile and business like. When I asked for clarification, she just kept repeating what I didn't understand. This was 3 days after my daughter passed away and I am not familiar with anything to do with burials or cemeteries (nor should I as I am in my 20s). After this, my interaction was only to be with the manager. They tried to not bury my daughter on the day of the funeral due to an administrative error on their behalf. Thankfully the funeral home dealt with them and I didn't know anything until the next day. For the monument, I have sent 4-5 emails trying to get clarification about bylaws as it is unclear. They will not respond. Except they will speak to me through our monument vender just to tell me no. Yet will not provide with the rule or bylaw that prohibits what I want. If I knew what I was getting into, I would never have buried my daughter here. At this point, it's too late for me but I would highly recommend everyone else to avoid this cemetery. Grief is too much and dealing with this company makes it significantly worse.
