I've been a loyal customer for over a year and the main thing is the staff are super friendly, they know there products so well and have great advice for what to buy. The service is always prompt and on point and obviously the bud is off the wall. Superior quality and a constantly revolving menu, keeps things super fresh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was fast however when I looked in the bag I was missing a package of gummies. Driver said he wouldn't return money but would be back which mean waiting 3.5 hours of our day. Get two packages of gummies (Starburst) that said 6 in package and there was more so lord knows what they actually were and who packaged them. They may have been nothing but candy as they had no smell or taste. Then after taking a few we looked at the package to see they were both expired. So likely fake as we didn't get a buzz of any of them. Lovely!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like most others went on a 1 week vacation to Whistler not realizing they had no stores there. I looked up online and Mount Herbal was the first option to come up. I don't smoke alot so I ordered a few joints in .5gs per pkg. They sent me the same flavour but in a 1g joint instead of (X2) .5g. I sent them a text asking for a $5 refund since I paid the extra $5 to have them split. They never responded! Otherwise the service beforehand was good.
