★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motives is hands down the best place for adult classes in the city. Beautiful facility, incredible staff/teachers and an owner who goes above and beyond for clients. Classes range from beginner to advanced in so many different styles. I never feel intimidated or nervous trying a new class - everyone is just so nice! It's great that you can drop in without the commitment of registering too.

The design is great and it has everything you would need for taking a dance or fitness class. Washrooms, change rooms, a spacious studio with high quality sound and sprung floors! (They even have an espresso machine!) The staff members are so welcoming and the choreographers present intricate, new and fresh choreography. I would highly recommend coming here!!!!

Check out the zoom classes and online training to get the best in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about the Motives team! They are all very knowledgeable, kind and passionate individuals, and the overall environment is very supportive.
I've been doing the monthly fitness challenges since April and I'm ADDICTED! Monday through Friday, 30-minutes/day. I feel so much stronger and worry less about injuring myself in day-to-day life.
I highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent team and facilities. Whether you visit for fitness or dance classes, the environment is welcoming and the teachers are knowledgable. It's easy to sign up for classes and they offer different levels, so you can be challenged at the level you need. Highly recommend.

The instructors are kind, knowledgable, and great choreographers. I've grown a lot as a dancer since coming here.
