★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is awesome! Being open 24/7 and being as huge as it is, it really benefits a lot of people. As I have a crazy work schedule it's so nice to know I can always get to the Gym anytime I am available!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been training with Sergio for about 5 months. He is awesome! He keeps it fun and interesting. His workouts are challenging, but he is always encouraging and has a good sense of humour. I definitely can see that my strength and cardio have improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a huge financial mistake and didn't fully cancel my membership and over 2 years, I accumulated over 1,000 in debt. Customer service (Coralie) was absolutely a dream to work with and arranged for me to pay only the cancellation fee. I was met with the utmost compassion before I even explained why I did not fully cancel (full time student, trauma, etc.) And their team saw through the entire process of properly canceling and settling my account. They also kept me in good standing so I can still join the gym in the future again. I have never experienced customer service this kind and supportive. Even after they received my payment and cancellation contract, they emailed me to ensure I knew we were settled. Such good attitudes and warm reassurance. I am absolutely impressed and have so much respect for how they handle tough situations with their customers. Thank you so much Coralie and Motion Fitness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location, and very welcoming atmosphere, I wasn't sure I wanted this membership right away, but I don't know how Asmaa convinced me, she give me a tour, she was very kind, educated, she speaks italien like me? and 4 others language!!! For sure I will recommend Motion fitness to all my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely busy most of the time. Nice facility good equipment however your work out is usually broken up as there is not enough equipment for how many members go to this gym. Benches and equipment are constantly in use and you are always needing to wait at least 20-45 mins for a machine or bench. As you can see in the picture this stuff happens more often the not where groups of people just take up machines to chat while you wait.
