★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever! Kimia did not meet my the expectations I had for her. I had reached out to her as I had seen that she was taking on pro Bono cases for Afghan refugees as she has been advertising everywhere on social media. She said she has taken on too many pro Bono cases and that I would have to pay, which I had no problem paying. I sent her $1500 deposit & I was required to submit documents which was painful to complete as the questionnaire portal she uses was very out of date & would ask the same question over and over again. She then dropped my case & kept the 1500$ deposit due to me not sending required documents (within 2 months) even though I reached out several times asking if she would help & do a phone call and complete the application. She refused to help me even though she was getting paid and that’s her only job to do. Im here in Vancouver and she’s located Toronto which made a phone call the only possible way to get helped. I also noticed her comments are off on her Instagram which makes me wonder how many other clients she has done this to. Very disappointed! Poor service! If you’re looking to waste your hard earned money to this scammer this is a great place for that!

My brother and his family were living in Turkey and they were planning to come to Canada for the past 10 years. We have talked to so many lawyers and consultants but nobody could help us. Until we had our initial consultation with Ms. Moshiri. Soon after we spoke to her, we knew we are in good hands.
She advised us to apply for my brother through the Group of 5 program. The process of gathering all required documents was not easy but she and her team made it possible.
They were super professional and knowledgeable and super responsive! Whenever we needed their help they answered all our questions patiently even with the time difference that we were all experiencing! we could tell that they cared about my brother and his family's situation genuinely!
The team has a great attention to detail! they caught every error and mistake we made and corrected them all by communicating with us.
My brother and his family were so nervous for their interview but they prepared them in the best way possible and at the time of their interview they were so relaxed and happy and the process went so smoothly.
They also offered us fingerprinting services in their office so me and the sponsor's wouldn't make so many trips to get our documents ready!
