★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst management I’ve ever experienced. Had to call 3 days in a row just to try and get help registering and I still haven’t gotten someone who knows anything and can help… been told every time I call that I have to wait till a “full timer” is in. I don’t know how they only have a part time person working that doesn’t even know anything…. Needs to be a manager in or a more experienced employee!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned that there are a lot of customers who don't pre-register and subsequently make the entry process slower. I recommend bringing headphones for when these customers then start loudly complaining about their decisions. Also recommend pre-registration for this reason.
Staff are great and place is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at Moses Springer. From being yelled at by the lady out in front when we arrived, to having a life guard tower over us the entire time we were in the pool the experience was altogether horrible. We were warned that one adult can't watch 3 kids even when the kids were not in the pool at all. Other highlights include having to clear the pool deck 5 minutes after the swim is over (try that with two small kids) and not being allowed to change at all.
They need to look at the Harry Class pool in Kitchener for some tips on how to run a swimming pool efficiently during a pandemic. Will not be back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big and clean pool. Staff is so friendly and kind. All Covid protocols are in place and enforced well. There is also deep pool available for those who loves diving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great swim! If you register for the swim it makes your life and theirs easier! Great organization to keep social distancing and sanitized environment! Really enjoyed my hour and highly recommend the experience!
