s	saalboy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, before making appointment with the receptionist make sure your Groupon voucher N corresponds to the one on their records. Otherwise they will charge your card without a refund. Not nice. I would stay away form this business.
S	Shira Princessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the area, and have been looking for a new Dentist. I called to make an appointment and the first thing she says was how did you hear about us? I said Groupon then she said what's your voucher number? I said I would like to make an appointment, can you give me a date first before I give you my voucher number? She said this is our policy. I said well it's a bad policy and I would like to receive the service I am calling for before I give my voucher number. She finally gives me a date, asks for all of my information including birthday, address, allergies etc and then my credit card! I said this is a groupon, I shouldn't have to give you a credit card. She refused to book my appointment without me providing her a credit card? I said if someone doesn't come to the appointment just redeem their voucher which is the same amount as their cancellation fee. She just gave me a whole run around and this all put a very bad taste in my mouth. Groupon does not state that a credit card must be provided to make an appointment, and when I notified them they even said that wasn't right. Very poor service level and if they want new clients they should rethink the way they start the conversation and make new appointments.
G	Ghufran Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ibrahim is an extremely gentle and caring dentist. I've been seeing him for over a decade at different locations across the GTA and I always recommend friends and family to see him. He recently took over management of this clinic so the older reviews about groupon and stuff aren't relevant anymore. Because he's a surgeon, he's highly trained and that gives me peace of mind in following his recommendations. I've never felt pressured into doing any procedure and he's never come across as salesy or the upselling type. Disclosure: We've become friends over the years so there may be some bias in my review but I don't think you'll regret giving him a try.
