J	Jason Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JM Dental is the best dentists office in town. Great for the whole family. The mostly female staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are great with kids, they have a playroom, as well as TV screens with cartoons and other programming above every chair. And on top of all this their work is to notch, they explain everything, and actually make going to the dentist pleasant ??

We are always greeted with friendliness and familiarity from all the staff and I’ve never had a bad trip there (thats saying a lot because who likes going to the dentist!!). His staff are top notch, my husband just left raving that for the first time ever he had a dental cleaning with no discomfort at all. We love it here and never feel judged or pressured as we have at other spots in the past. I leave with a big smile, I’ve referred my entire family and they all do too: a big, white and shiny smile at that! They deal directly with insurance and make every appointment hassle free. I get text reminders and can always call or message Dr John if I have an issue. Thank you guys!

One of the best qualities of JM is that Dr. John did an assessment of the general health of my teeth and gums, determined what needed work and then prioritized that work to optimize the use of my dental care coverage so that I have had to pay little to nothing out of pocket. I've found the procedures virtually painless, including times when I've had to get 'freezing needles.' All the procedures have been done quickly and efficiently, but were never rushed. I've also had exceptionally great conversations with Dr. John and the staff from life events, to science, to international issues. They have displayed exceptional kindness, care, confidence and humility in every interaction. Finally, I am inspired by the work he has done in the community and abroad, supporting education initiatives for those who couldn't otherwise afford it.

We have been with them since their opening and have since been extremely satisfied. They are incredibly accommodating and are always willing to work around to best suit our needs. They have performed our dental cleanings, filled in cavities, removed wisdom teeth, and helped my daughter through her braces; they really are a one stop shop. Dr. John and the team are remarkable, and they consistently deliver the best services. The office atmosphere is pleasant with bright lights and kept clean. The office has all the essential PPE to ensure the safety of staff and patients. Dr. John is extremely knowledgeable and efficient with his work making the entire dental experience pleasant. Amanda, one of the dental hygienists, is so friendly and great at what she does. She makes teeth cleaning fun and exciting and something to look forward to!

They are extremely punctual which I find both professional and respectful. What I also love is that Dr John educates you thoroughly regarding the status of you're teeth and presents you with several options as to how to proceed. Dr John has a very calm and supportive demeanour and treats his patients with kindness and respect. My whole family loves their experience of going to the dentist because of Dr John and his fabulous staff.

The staff are very nice and professional. The children were comfortable and were able to get a good checkup. They have a TV the kids can watch and a separate waiting room! We're satisfied with the service at JM Dental!
