First, they cut my cuticles so close they bled on three nails, and then I watched as they just threw the clippers and pedicure razor back into their cart without any kind of cleaning. The nail clippers had my blood on them and they just threw them back into the drawer!! When I inquired about how they clean things they were very evasive and just said not to worry. I am now looking for another place. Prices are low there for a reason...any nail salon should be able to tell you how they clean and disinfect their equipment!!
A	Alpha To Zulu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in without a call and asked if they could do a custom manicure involving a butterfly and a quote that was close to my heart, the incredibly kind staff was very engaged and asked me all about the meaning of the quote whilst they worked efficiently on my nails. The finished product was incredibly professional with gorgeous detail! Will definitely be returning shortly for a pedicure.
I	Ingrid Malmberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never come here again. I went during the COVID-19 pandemic to get acrylic nails done. The gentleman who did my nails did not clean my nails. The acrylics when over all the germs that were on my nails when I entered the salon. I noticed that the nail file was dirty from the last client. There was visible dirt on his hands and he did not wear gloves. It looked like he had been working on a car. He managed to ruin my cuticles by cutting them several times, and made contact with my blood with his bare and dirty fingers. When I left there was a large chunk of dirt stuck to my manicure. The hygiene here is completely unacceptable, especially during a pandemic, and I will never return.

Tu Anh and Annie are always the first to welcome me the second I walk in and I am always amazed with their quality of work. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails or a wax done

It looked like they were using USED files and the scrubber for the bottom of your feet. She also used one of the acrylic nail files which are rougher so now all my toes feel sharp and aren't filed properly. And she got clear gel polish all over my skin for half my pedicure has chipped off not even a week later. She didn't use the grater for the bottom of your feet just the scrubber.. where she went over it my feet are sore and are super dry( never had that happen after a pedi before)

While the lady (forgot her name, she was an older lady) was doing my nails, we had a conversation about lash extension and she told me that she had 10 years of experience doing lashes. So, I was super impressed and decided to try. Manicure was an okay job, but the lashes were terrible! At that time I was in a hurry as I already spent 4 hours there, looked in the mirror and it looked okay, so I just paid and left the place . After couple of hours I was already feeling the pain over my eyelid as she was clued many lashes strait on my eyelid!!! If you want to try them just go for mani/pedi as they will do an okay job, but please please don't even bother letting them do your lashes. They will lie right on your face that they have years of experience and that is a BS
