★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after my haircut was poorly done somewhere else and Daljit (one of the barbers) managed to fix my hair. I was so upset before i sat down and was wondering how this could be fixed. She took time to hide the mistakes made from the previous haircut. I was instantly relieved and it made my day. Daljit is friendly, patient, and very understanding. I'm definitely coming back to get my haircut from her again. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I an new to tsawwassen and was really not ready to switch, so was still going back to Vancouver for my hair cut. One fine day, I brought my mum here and that was it. I was really impressed with their service and final look of my mum. Today I got my hair cut too and left the store smiling. Great Job guys. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there three times in a row, trying to save money from more specialty barbershops. But I guess you get what you pay for. The first time, it was a decent haircut, I didn't have any complaints. The second time, I was completely ignored when I specified what I wanted done, and months of progress on my haircut was undone. Oh well, hair grows back. I just came out after my third time there, and I am NOT coming back. The woman cutting my hair completely disregarded my instructions, ARGUED with me when I insisted that she stop doing what she was doing, and ultimately gave me the worst haircut I'd had in years. I'm not one of those people who's obsessed with my hair, but the service and result I received made me question both the customer service skills and the haircutting skills of the employees. So fair warning, whenever you go in there, it's a gamble on what level of skill and service you're going to receive.
