She was able to get us a very good rate at a limit that we weren't even expecting considering what we heard from our own banks. I don't know what the latest going rate is for mortgages but when we were finishing getting various things to close such as bank draft, signing documents etc, they always seemed shocked saying "Oh wow, you got a very good interest rate!" We appreciate the level of security she provided us especially there's a lot of limitations regarding face to face interactions and getting all the "paperwork" in. We were not worried about sending her sensitive information as she uses this platform (floify) where only she and her team can access. This is compared to others who only relies on their own email security hoping no other predators intercept the information making people feel vulnerable. She is very quick to respond and always explaining things in detail. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone who needs a mortgage broker whether they're first time home buyers or renewing their mortgage!

This year we decided we should consult with a mortgage specialist who would be agnostic or not tethered to a specific bank and boy are we glad we did that! I always thought my bank offered me the best deal because I was loyal to them for well over 30 years, have excellent credit and am exclusive to them. I was wrong! A friend recommended I talk to Heather and, skeptically, we decided to test the water with her to see if she could find us a better deal (thinking there was no way she could beat a direct offer from my bank). We didn’t expect she would present us with something appealing enough to leave our bank. Wow, did she deliver! The process was well thought through, throughly explained, patient and clearly guided by expertise on mortgages!!! We just switched from our bank with an offer she garnered for almost 2% points lower than ‘my’ bank! We are still in shock. I am excited to have developed this relationship with Heather and feel like I wasted years thinking I had a ‘relationship’ with my bank. No, this is what a relationship looks like - someone who truly wants the best for you!! Thanks so much Heather - I look forward to many years under your wings!
