The most recent mortgage involved a partnership agreement for a lakeside home which I specifically sought her guidance in bringing to completion. She was able to clarify the steps, decisions and issues. She provided a hassle free positive outcome with an excellent rate and the flexibility the situation called for. Only someone who thinks out of the box and clearly has the experience to draw on could have brokered this latest mortgage. New ground for me however my trust in her knowledge and ability made the transaction stress free.
I highly recommend Krista and her team to anyone seeking a flexible mortgage with a wise broker and a "I'm on to it" attitude.
