When she became ill, she had to move back to Thunder Bay. I was living in Vancouver and the rest of our family was living in Thunder Bay, so all of the transaction had to be done virtually. Nick was amazing......he was there to help with everything we needed done, from organizing the inspector to getting trades people in to fix anything that needed fixing. This move could have turned out to be a nightmare, but with Nick in charge, it was a very smooth transition.
