Great stay owner's are super friendly and helpful

Went there 2 may long weekends in a row and had so much fun. The fishing was great and the staff at the store was super great with the kids. Thanks again for all the great memories. Hopefully we can go again this year fingers crossed

We were booked for months. Our family was going there for my mother's memorial. The lodge owners dogs 100lbs + were stalking our leashed dogs 15lbs each. My 75 year old aunt took our dogs on leash way out in a field a long ways from anything. The owners dogs charged across the field and attacked our dogs picking them up and shaking them . 1 dog sustained a loonie size hole in her side that required being stitched then rushed to a vet. The owners response was to blame us then kick us out of our cabin . then they called the cops on us . We missed my mom's memorial and have substantial vet bills . 1 of our dogs ended up passing away do to his injuries. Also the cabins were dirty, poorly maintained and the beds were harder than the floor

So my family and I went to moose horn lodge this weekend. We have been coming to this resort 30 plus years. As we pulled into the resort the owners dogs jumped all over my truck and scratched it all up. So I went and talk to the owners and they were completely rude and ignorant about the situation, and wouldn't pay for the damage that was done to my vehicle. Common courtesy for "most" people would have been helping with the damage. As the weekend went by they kept walking their dogs through our camp site and the dogs kept trying to attack my dog and we followed the rules we had her on her leash at all times never left our campsite. We repeatedly asked nicely not to walk their dogs in our camp area but they still did. Sunday we were all packed up ready to go I was waiting for my parents to finish hooking up their boat, I was parked by the cabin and the owner came to my window rudely telling me to move my truck right now cause apparently I was going to collapse their sewer lines. There was need for being so rude and ignorant all they had to do was ask nicely and say please and thank you. You'd think they'd be a lil nicer since you paid 300 for 2 nights in a dirty cabin that you had to clean and wash dishes before being able to relax. My family and I have never been treated so badly until we came here. We sure do miss the old owners
