★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new location is terrible and extremely difficult to find. There are no signs on the main door making it super difficult to find. It's in an old retirement home complex in a residential area and all the buildings look identical. Was the old downtown location too convenient for your clients is that why you moved?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. My four month old son had his immunizations here and the nurse we had was impatient and rude. She wouldn’t let me calm my son down after the thigh injections before she began shoving the rotavirus vaccine down his throat. Instead, she rudely muddered “it’s good for babies to cry.” She then shoved us out of the room before I could even dress my son. Since this experience, my son has been terrified of unknown people. Complete disaster zone.
