Not only did the store quickly recognise an error on their end Dean went far above and beyond any customer service I have every experienced in my life to fix it. I would recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENTION FELLOW MEN WHO HATE SHOPPING - My experience with Dean was exceptional. His service was the best customer service I have ever experienced in North Bay. I hate shopping as it is, but shopping for clothes you've got to be measured for, and try them on, and it'll be more than 5 bucks?
The clothes I bought were on a huge promotion, but the service was so great, I would have considered it a steal at the regular price. EVEN MY WIFE didn't make me try on absolutely everything and stay for hours. I'm sure that was Dean's doing too. If hes as good as I think he is, then I'm sure the other staff are equally good.
SUPPORT THIS STORE. NORTH BAY NEEDS IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing service from Dean T. He went above and beyond to help me. My name is Ann and I live in Winnipeg but my 93 year old father lives in North Bay at a retirement home. He had lost some weight and I had no way of getting the right size for him. I called Moore's and spoke with the manager Dean. He personally went to the retirement home, measured my Dad for new pants and belt and then delivered the altered pants and belt personally to my Dad the next day. His generosity in doing this was truly amazing. It is so gratifying to know there are still some very caring people in this busy world. Thank you Dean!!! Ann from Winnipeg.

I'm going to college next year and I needed a good looking uniform and as a man who don't like shopping for clothes nor to wear fancier apparel this was a very pleasant experience.
I very reccomend Moores and I will definitely continue to shop there for this sort of clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here. Went in on a Tuesday night shopping for a suit for a funeral on Friday. Dean knows his stuff, he got me fitted in no time and had it ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon. Couldn't ask for more professional and courteous service.
