A nice little campground. Extremely inexpensive. It was the cheapest campground we stayed at on our 3 week trip. The owner was a bit covid shy so the showers were closed, but if you count in it was 50 a night. Man you can't beat that.

We came to this camp on June 17, 2021. The camp charges Β₯40.10 . part of which is Full hooks-ups service. The other part is a tent, which is Merritt’s largest campsite. The campsite is flat, with a beautiful environment, shaded by trees, close to the river, and there is a small shop in the campsite. Now the ban has been lifted and opened, but their noisy washing rooms and toilets have not been opened yet. I hope they will open them as soon as possible.

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life!..and it was less than 2 hrs from the lower mainland. nice clean modern facility... free washrooms and showers, sani dump...only a stones throw away to the river from every site. park your lawn chair in the river and beat that Merritt summer heat.

Don't be turned away by the RV graveyard you drive by when you turn down the road. This place is amazing. The spots are tight but have full service along with free wifi. There is a beautiful clear river out back that is amazing for wallowing in like a hippo on a hot day. The lobby has a small shop which has ice if you need it. The lots are all partially shaded but your RV will still cook during the summer. The older lady at the desk was amazing, friendly and helpful. The other people their acted like longtime friends and helped us out more than once. Overall a great experience.

Nice, clean, sites with basic amenities. Park is right on the river. Our daughter loved walking down to the river to skip rocks. Very friendly owner, and courteous patrons. Also the wifi was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Checked it out, inquired and was $51/Night, even though it didn't have laundry, or working women's showers. Way too expensive for what was being offered. Said we may be back as I wanted a hot shower and needed to do laundry. Drove 5 min down the road to the other RV Park to check out, was permanently closed so came back here. Lady was extremely rude, said she no longer had any available spots even though her park was COMPLETELY EMPTY!! Also tucked behind a working industrial neighborhood, it's not nice.

The park was easy to find. Access to the park is through the industrial section of town. Pavement all the way until you arrive at the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic but you must sign a document stating that you have read and understand them when you check in. We did notice a few campers that travelled a bit fast through the park but management can’t be everywhere to enforce that problem. Not parking on grass would be very hard to enforce β€˜cause the pads are mostly just dirt. Our site, 18, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. We did not like the look of the water so did not hook up. (We always fill a clear glass and take a sip first) There are no buffers between sites. Distancing is very close almost awning to slide. Each site has a table and most have a fire pit. Our site was un-level and rocky. We had to level the picnic table with rocks to make it work for us. Overall the park was not pretty and some of the full time sites looked cluttered and tacky. Internet is included in the price and worked well enough for e mail. We did not find any OTA TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. The washrooms and free showers are closed supposedly for COVID reasons. The Coldwater River runs along the property and is popular with folks wanting to cool off during the heat. This is a well run, but very poorly laid out, very rough urban RV park. We paid $39.90 per night inc tax with a 10% GS discount and don’t feel we received good value. We will not be back.
