★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth the stop to check out the fountain and surrounding area. It does not take up that much time and I'd say it's worth the stop by for the photo opportunity alone.
It's adjacent from the Parliament building and there are many other activities and photo opportunities on Parliament grounds.
