★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous commençons à être entendu mais tout reste à faire. Une structure lourde trop à mon avis et qui est très complexe. Comme un gouvernement change régulièrement et que les programmes sont refaits constamment il est difficile de s'y retrouver. Les gens qui ne changent pas par contre sont les fonctionnaires en-dessous et eux peuvent facilement faire un petit jeu de monopole et protectorat bien malheureusement. Le Conseil du Trésor ne fait qu'administrer les programmes et les argents c'est clair. Les informations données ne l'étaient pas. Je corrige donc mon erreur à votre endroit.
We are starting to be heard, but everything remains to be done. Too heavy a structure in my opinion and which is very complex. As a government changes regularly and programs are constantly being redone, it is difficult to navigate. The people who do not change on the other hand are the officials below and they can easily play a little game of monopoly and protectorate, unfortunately. The Treasury Board only administers the programs and the funds, that is clear. The information given was not. I am therefore correcting my mistake with regard to you.
