From the moment we walked in to this restaurant in the historic old port, we were met with confused decor and loud, abrasive music that would be better suited for a club than a restaurant. We were promptly seated and waited on. Food and drinks were served quickly. Our smoked meat poutine was resoundingly average. The smoked meat on top was good quality, and the gravy gets a passing grade. The fries were warm, but not quite crispy, and decently cooked inside. They definitely had the taste of frozen fries. The cheese curds were sub par, with no squeak, and did not seem fresh. The price doesn’t reflect the portion size or the quality. Finally, we had to wait much longer to receive the bill than we did for the food because our waiter seemed to disappear and nobody took his place. The wait staff were friendly, but not very attentive and seemed undertrained. Many things should change for a better review. The poor music choice, sub-par food for the price, and inexperienced staff led to an overall unpleasant experience.

Decent poutine but service is mediocre at best. For the 10.50 price tag, this regular poutine is on the small side enough for lunch. To top it off, no water is served even when it's 40 degrees outside or when you order other drinks. You must buy water regardless of your order!

It's a vibrant place with a beautiful patio. Poutine is okay I guess it's the gravy that miss the spot. Drink Menu is simple but refreshing. Beers and Poutine on a beautiful day by the port. Why not.

We ate in a courtyard between the buildings, like a secluded get away. Great ambiance, awesome friendly service, and good food.

Easy to get a seat at this place. I ordered fried chicken poutine and peach juice. It was a generous portion. We had to wait almost 20 mins to get the bill. There was some kind of miscommunication. Otherwise it could have been a better experience.

Food was delish! 5 stars hands down! BUT the service after we received the food was ?? Asked for the bill 4 times in a span of an hour .. could of honestly walked out without paying as staff seemed to make it a priority to take shots while working instead of making sure everything was taken cared of with customers! I had asked for my left overs to be boxes up and witnessed waitress throwing it out and lining up for her shot ….

Must have when you're visiting Canada. Menu has a variety of traditional poutine. Good portion. Tasty poutine. Nice seating ambience in the back or upstairs. Try the fried chicken poutine

One of the best poutines I’ve ever had. We did take-out and had the fried chicken poutine and the Montreal poutine, both were excellent. Price was reasonable, fries were cooked nicely with good texture, gravy was the right consistency, the cheese was melted just right, and overall just really enjoyable combination.
