★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They kept following me everywhere. We confronted them and they said the have to.. Mind you , we were the only coloured people and the only people that they were following in the store... The customer service was horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m new to the city and it was also my first time to this location and I’m not sure if it’s my “look” or whatever but the customer service was horrible I felt like they didn’t want to help me so I just left with the necessary I needed and will be taking my wallet elsewhere. Very short and passive when I tried to ask for information. The prices are good but Amazon could save you the trouble of feeling discriminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only came here because my nail supply store was closed and I REGRET it. The customer service is very unprofessional. She is SO rude, disrespectful, impatient, makes you feel like it's a burden to ask her for help. Some products are overpriced, for example the valentino brand you can find the exact same products on their website for 10$ less... Same products are cheaper on amazon and she says 'best price here' when it's really not the case. She also gave different price then what was written, scammed me even after confronting her about it. Research pricing before going, or you'll likely get scammed. Would not recommend.

They have a great selection of nail supplies and have the trendiest brands which is a big plus so i don’t have to order and pay for shipping. Also the only store in montreal and it’s surroundings that offers Valentino product! The lady at the cash is always super nice and helps you find what you need i definitely recommend nail techs to check it out☺️
