★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julien et Randy for the win! Courtois, ultra compétents et vaillants - on avait des oiseaux dans l’entre-toit et l’équipe Monsieur Pigeons est venu sur le champ pour régler la situation. Il a fallu installer une cage pour sortir un des oiseaux et ils sont venus sur plusieurs jours - au final ils les ont relocalisés dans un arbre proche et ont fermé l’ouverture! Je les recommande pour tout problème de bestioles! Communication fluide, attentes claires, paiement facile. Du bien bon monde!
Julien and Randy for the win! Courteous, super knowledgeable and hardworking - we had birds in the attic and the Monsieur Pigeons team came in on the spot to fix the situation. It took a cage to get one of the birds out and they came over several days - in the end they relocated them to a nearby tree and closed the opening! I recommend them for any bug problem! Fluid communication, clear expectations, easy payment. Good people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai pas fait affaire avec eux personnellement mais dois subir le sort des pauvres pigeons qui restent coincés derrière ou carrément dans leurs installations sur une base régulière depuis déjà plusieurs mois, sous un viaduc à deux pas de chez moi. On m'assure chez Monsieur Pigeon que le suivi est effectué et que des visites quotidiennes sont faites afin de s'assurer qu'aucun animal n'est en danger, mais un pigeon y est déjà resté coincé entre béton et grillage pendant plus de 4 jours en novembre. J'en ai assez de voir des oiseaux en détresse dès que je sors de chez moi; je trouve cela des plus désolant et la chose c'est encore produite aujourd'hui! Évidemment, comme nous sommes dans la nuit de samedi à dimanche, personne ne viendra sûrement le libérer avant lundi et pourtant, j'ai le sentiment qu'il y sera encore mardi.. .Cruauté gratuite et exécrable.
I have not done business with them personally but have to suffer the fate of the poor pigeons who have been stuck behind or squarely in their facilities on a regular basis for several months already, under a viaduct close to my house. I am assured at Monsieur Pigeon that the follow-up is carried out and that daily visits are made to ensure that no animal is in danger, but a pigeon has already been stuck there between concrete and wire mesh for more than 4 days in November. I'm tired of seeing birds in distress as soon as I leave my house; I find that most distressing and the thing is still happening today! Obviously, as we are in the night from Saturday to Sunday, no one will surely come to release him before Monday and yet, I have the feeling that it will be there again Tuesday ... Free and execrable cruelty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the most professional teams I've worked with in Montreal. We had a complex situation at our place. Our communication was super easy, they were very responsive and helpful. They got to the site on time and took care of our bird problem in an hour although I thought it would take them at least 3 hours. They were very well equipped, removed the birds, cleaned up the vent fully, and took extra cautious by adding mesh not only on the interior and exterior of that vent entrances but also on other vents to avoid future incidents.
I'm super super super happy with their services and recommend them to anybody that is struggling dealing with bird infestation issues!
