Both Mike & Myself (who own ASN) go to Monique for regular massages and we can both confidently say, we have never had someone be able to release our muscles as much as she does. HIGHLY recommend - you won't be disappointed.

1. She is professional
2. She works in powerlifting/weightlifting gym. So she understands what kind of pain and stiffness you are dealing with!
3. She tries to understand why you are going through a massage therapy.
90 minutes massage session is my favourite.

I have seen quite a few different massage therapists and found it hard to find one who does their job so well. And Monique is it! She really cares about her clients and pays attention to detail when working on my problem areas. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to hands down. I recommend giving her a try you will not be disappointed.

I really enjoy a 90 minute therapeutic session with hot stones. The location is convenient with lots of parking and the prices are very competitive. If you are sore or just need a light relaxation treatment I highly recommend. Make time... you will be happy you did. ?

Her bed and face rest are very comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, she has wonderful, peaceful energy and she is very accommodating to what I needed focus on. I'll definitely be returning!!
