I have been dancing with Monika at Hillcrest for almost 5 years. When I first started, I swear I had two left feet. But it didn’t matter because Zumba is about having fun. Monika brings awesome music to the classes and her enthusiasm is 5+ stars!

Monika is a master Zumba instructor with dynamic, seamless workouts and fabulous music. I feel privileged to have a teacher who participates in international Zumba jams and shares what she learns with our class. Her teaching has really helped me stay fit and she has been a beacon of positivity during the pandemic.

Pounding the drumsticks helps me get rid of stress in Monika’s Pound class. This workout gets me squatting & lunging and helps me strengthen my legs.

What I love about Monika's classes is how carefully constructed the exercises she chooses, are. As someone who has always been involved in fitness and fitness theory, I can clearly see from being a participant in her classes that she is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and fitness theory which is exactly what you want from an instructor. She is current and up date with fitness movements and exercises and styles. She mixes choreography with movement in obscure ways, that the next day you FEEL!. Her choreography is not all over the place, timed well and allows everyone just the right amount of time to pick it up! I highly recommend ALL of her classes as the mix of styles of workouts throughout the week allows for a total body workout, which as we get older every one needs! Her online classes are convenient, especially during these very trying times!

Great workout along with awesome music and Zumba instructor! Checkout Pound Rockout Workout using Ripstix weighted drumsticks. Full body workout with cardio and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired moves.
