★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made 3 phone calls to ensure the place was accessible got there and was rather rudely informed I should have gone to the one in kanata
Was sent to the bank to get paperwork she HAD to have and the computer wasn’t working for me to get and the bank was not accessible to get the paperwork
So after I fell a few times a pedestrian just walking by helped me back to my feet and made sure I got home safely
Took a day off work to get help
Got treated like trash and have to find another place,
Best customer service ever!!!
